Pedestrian Accident Injury and Wrongful Death Attorney
Police are currently looking for the suspect or possible suspects who may be liable for this fatal accident. In California, leaving the scene of an accident is a felony offense, and once found, there will certainly be solid grounds for a serious wrongful death claim against the negligent party or parties. Albeit, only the victims’ family can ultimately decide if they wish to proceed with a claim for financial compensation.
