Rocklin, CA – One Person Injured after Traffic Accident at West Sunset Boulevard and Place Corporate Drive

Rocklin, California (July 10, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that one person was injured after a traffic accident that took place at the intersection of West Sunset Boulevard and Placer Corporate Drive, in the vicinity of the Highway 65 off-ramp. The incident occurred at some time around 10:04 AM in the morning on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Authorities have not revealed any detailed information concerning the identities of the people involved in the crash at this time.

According to the California Highway Patrol log, a green 4-door sedan and a tan SUV were traveling in the Rocklin area when, for indeterminate reasons, the two vehicles collided at Sunset and Placer Corporate. First responder teams of firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and assisted one person, who sustained injuries during the impact. Afterward, this individual was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, but personnel have not disclosed the patient’s current condition.

Following the crash, law enforcement blocked off the intersection.

Rocklin, California – Motorist Severely Injured after Deadly Traffic Accident on Highway 65

Rocklin, California (June 29, 2018) – Law enforcement reported that a woman had sustained severe injuries as a result of a deadly traffic accident that took place on Highway 65, north of the Pleasant Grove Boulevard off-ramp. The incident occurred at a little before 2:00 PM in the afternoon on Thursday, June 28, 2018. Authorities have not revealed any detailed information concerning the identities of the drivers involved in the crash at this time.

As reported by the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place when the driver of a white SUV veered dangerously towards a Nissan Altima on Highway 65. To avoid an impending collision, the Nissan driver, a woman, swerved away from the SUV but resulted in her losing control of the vehicle. Ultimately, the Nissan slid directly into a pole.

Afterward, first responders arrived at the scene and extracted the woman from the wrecked Nissan. Later, she was taken to Sutter Roseville Hospital, where she was treated for severe injuries. Her current condition is unknown.

As part of the investigation, authorities closed down all lanes on Highway 65 except for the entry at Pleasant Gate Boulevard. As more evidence continues to surface, more information will be released to the public.

Roseville, California – Woman Sustains Injuries after Two-Vehicle Collision on Highway 65

Roseville, California (June 28, 2018) – Sacramento local news sources reported that a woman sustained severe injuries after a collision between a Nissan Altima and an unidentified white SUV on Highway 65, north of the Pleasant Grove Boulevard off-ramp. The incident took place a little before 2:00 PM on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Authorities have not revealed detailed information concerning the identities of both drivers at this time.

The California Highway Patrol reported that a female motorist was driving a Nissan Altima down Highway 65. At the same time, a white SUV swerved across the road and slammed into the Nissan, which overturned and crashed into a pole. Further reports indicated the female Nissan driver had tried to swerve out of the path of the oncoming SUV but ultimately lost control.

First responders extracted the motorist from the Nissan and transported her to Sutter Roseville Hospital, where she received treatment for severe injuries.

At present, authorities are attempting to locate the driver of the SUV. Law enforcement has not revealed if the accident will be labeled as a hit-and-run.

In the meantime, officials shut down lanes 2 and 3 on Highway 65 after the crash. As of now, the investigation into the case is ongoing.
