Culver City, California – Minor Injuries Reported after Traffic Accident on Eastbound Highway 90

Culver City, CA. Hit-and-Run Crash Injures LAPD Officer on Centinela Avenue

Culver City, CA. (June 27, 2018) – A local news source stated that a respected Los Angeles Police Department officer was reportedly injured after a hit-and-run accident on Centinela Avenue in Culver City Tuesday. The unfortunate incident was reported at approximately 4:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. According to reports, the female officer who was struck was responding to a domestic violence call at the time.

Culver City, California – Police Officer Injured after Hit-and-Run Accident on Freeway 405

Culver City, California (June 26, 2018) – Local news sources reported that a female police officer was injured during a hit-and-run accident that took place on Freeway 405, close to the intersection of Bristol Parkway and Centinela Avenue.  The incident occurred at approximately 1:40 AM in the early morning on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. At this time, authorities have not revealed the identity of the female officer and have not located the hit-and-run offender.

As per the report, the female officer was providing assistance to a victim of domestic violence. Without warning, an unidentified male driver crashed his silver Cadillac Escapade into the side of her patrol car, which careened off the freeway. The impact sent the police car crashing into a pillar of the freeway. Following the accident, paramedics extracted the officer from the vehicle and took her to a local hospital to receive treatment.

Meanwhile, the Cadillac driver did not remain at the scene of the crash and fled.
