Santa Ana, CA- 2 Vehicle Collision Hurts 5 Near Bristol St and Hesperian St

Santa Ana, CA (March 25, 2019)- A car crash in Santa Ana sent five people to the hospital on the afternoon of March 23 around 2:45 pm.

The two-car collision took place around Bristol and Hesperian Streets. The crash damaged the vehicles, requiring Orange Country Firefighters and paramedics to use extrication tools to remove five victims from one of the vehicles

Firefighters rescued three victims with minor injuries from the vehicles, while two others suffered severe injuries. All of the victims were taken to the hospital.

The driver in the second vehicle in the crash did not suffer serious injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
