San Jose, CA – Robinder Bhurji Dies in Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident on Almaden Expressway and Camden Avenue

San Jose, CA (January 28, 2019) On the morning of January 28^th, a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened at the intersection of Almaden Expressway and Camden Avenue. According to the reports, a red pickup truck struck a 57-year-old man named Robinder Bhurji. The driver briefly stopped after striking Bhurji but then proceeded to drive off without calling for help. Witnesses last saw him headed towards Redmond Avenue.

Unfortunately, because Bhurji was left lying in the roadway after the accident, four other vehicles struck him. By the time the paramedics arrived to help, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are currently searching for the driver responsible.
