San Bernardino County, CA (August 12, 2018) – Local authorities have recently identified the pedestrian who died as the result of a violent collision and suspected hit-and-run incident that took place along Waterman Avenue, at a curb near 3rd and 4th Streets. We extend our most heartfelt prayers and our most loving thoughts to the family and friends of Mr. Michael Brown and wish them strength and peace of mind during this tragic, difficult time.

Fatal Pedestrian Accident in San Bernardino County

By law, drivers involved in an accident must remain at the scene and render aid to the victims. Fleeing a crash site is considered a cowardly, criminal act that can result in severe punishment including felony hit-and-run. Based on this information, the driver of the sports utility vehicle will be held accountable for causing the crash and inflicting injuries on a pedestrian.
