Pacific Beach, CA – Woman Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Ingraham Street
Pacific Beach, CA – (November 28, 2018) – A woman was walking her dog in Pacific Beach Tuesday evening when she was hit by a vehicle. The accident was reported at approximately 5:41 pm on November 27th in the 3600 blocks of Ingraham Street.
According to the initial report, the woman was attempting to cross the street in an unmarked crosswalk when the woman and her dog were suddenly struck by a 1995 Grand Marquis. Paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and rushed to the aid of the injured woman before transporting her to a local hospital with serious injuries. Her dog was also injured and transported to SPCA. Officials confirmed alcohol or drugs were not factors in the accident.
Authorities are currently conducting an investigation.
