Los Angeles, CA – One Person Injured after Two-Vehicle Accident along Northbound Highway 101 near Vermont Avenue

Los Angeles, CA (September 6, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that at least one victim sustained non-life threatening injuries after an accident involving two vehicles took place along the northbound lanes of Highway 101, in the vicinity of Vermont Avenue. The incident transpired at approximately 8:35 PM on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identities of the people involved in the crash has been revealed.

Based on the report, a blue Toyota Tundra and a Chrysler sedan had been traveling along Highway 101 when, for indeterminate reasons, both vehicles collided near Vermont Avenue. Personnel confirmed one victim suffered back pain and needed more in-depth medical aid following the crash. Officials did not specify if this individual required hospitalization.

Sometime later, towing services removed one of the vehicles from the scene of the accident.
