Lakehead, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Car Crash on Interstate 5
Lakehead, California (November 6, 2018) –Early this morning at approximately 7:45 am a multi-car crash with injuries occurred in Lakehead.  The incident took place on Interstate 5 in the northbound lanes near Riverside Ave. At least one person sustained injuries as a result of a two-car collision that occurred Tuesday morning in the area of Lakehead.
According to the CHP, two vehicles were traveling in the northbound lanes of I- 5 when suddenly a red Ford Focus and another unidentified vehicle collided into one another. Paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to attend to the victims who sustained injuries in the collision. The wrecked vehicles blocked the roadway following the crash. Tow trucks were dispatched to remove the cars from the crash site. No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
As of now, the incident remains under investigation.
