California Fatal Motorcycle DUI Accident
The guilty party in this collision seems fairly cut and dry at this time. The suspect will likely be facing incredibly serious charges for driving while intoxicated and attempting to evade the scene of a crash that resulted in death and injury. The felony charges filed against the suspect will also open up the rights for the victims’ family to file a claim for wrongful death if they wish to do so.
