Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Lawyer

Authorities are working hard to determine what events led up to this tragic accident. Forensic teams will analyze photographs of the crash site and examine the truck and bicycle for mechanical issues and system failure. Officials will also consider if the truck driver had been acting recklessly or negligently or had consumed alcohol or drugs before operating the Kenworth. At the same time, officials might consider if the bicyclist had been riding inside or outside a designated bike path. Authorities have not revealed if the company that owns the truck may be held liable.
