Investigators have a lot of questions that need to be answered in order to figure out precisely how this accident happened. Albeit, whether the crash was a result of the pilots’ negligent operation, or of the faultiness of the aircraft, the families involved will likely be provided with grounds for very serious wrongful death claims. Of course, the choice to file a claim for financial restitution is a terribly personal matter that can only be decided by the families involved.
