Beaumont, CA – Injuries Sustained in Car Accident at Highland Springs and Breckenridge Avenues
Beaumont, CA (July 14, 2018) – The Riverside County Fire Department reported an accident that occurred in the vicinity of Highland Springs and Breckenridge Avenues Saturday morning. The crash that resulted in two injuries, one of which was reportedly serious, took place at approximately 8:04 a.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department released a statement that said the two vehicles collided at the intersection for reasons that are currently unknown. One person in one of the vehicles was reportedly found trapped inside the wreck following the incident. Paramedics along with the fire department quickly responded to the scene in order to help any of the injured victims. Responders reportedly extricated one person from their vehicle as a total of two were injured altogether.
A ground ambulance was called to the scene to transport both victims to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. Apparently, one of the victims suffered relatively serious injuries while the other sustained more minor wounds during the accident. Neither the names nor the specific conditions of either victim were not released. An in-depth investigation into the events of this accident is currently being conducted by authorities.
