Antelope Valley, CA – Injuries Sustained in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 14

Antelope Valley, CA (November 2, 2018) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Antelope Valley on Thursday night. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident transpired on the northbound lanes of Highway 14 in the area of Vista Point at approximately 11:51 pm on November 1st.

As per the incident log, a motorcycle and a Ford pickup truck were on Highway 14 traveling northbound when for indeterminate reasons the two were involved in a collision. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene of the accident and found the motorcyclist down on the roadway. Paramedics transported at least one injured person to a local hospital to treat injuries sustained upon impact of the crash. Authorities did not specify how many people were injured as a result of this collision. Police are still trying to determine what events led up to this motorcycle accident.

This investigation is currently underway. When more details come to the surface, more information will be released to the public.
